The Clerk's office handles many tasks including:

 

• Clerk of the Court for County and Circuit Judges (5 total Judges)

• Receive and file all lawsuits, indictments, motions, and other related papers in all Civil and Criminal Cases filed in Circuit or County court

• Issue and process all summons & subpoenas

• Record & keep all Judgments & Executions

• Issue Marriage Licenses and keep records for reporting to the State

• Voter Registration plus managing all aspects of absentee voting

• Draws Jurors and qualifies jurors for trials including mailing summons & paying jurors

• Collect criminal & restitution fines accessed in court
